We value your time and commitment to the healing process. Please read our refund and cancellation policy carefully.

1. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Sessions can be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice via email or WhatsApp.
Same-day cancellations or no-shows will not be eligible for refund.

2. Refunds

Eligible refunds will be processed within 7 working days through the same payment method used for booking.
Partial refunds or rescheduling requests will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

3. Non-Refundable Services

Workshops, group sessions, and digital programs are non-refundable once booked.
