Trauma can leave deep emotional imprints that affect how we think, feel, and interact with the world. Whether it stems from a single distressing event or prolonged exposure to stress, trauma often disrupts daily functioning and creates feelings of fear, helplessness, or disconnection. Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) is one way trauma manifests, with symptoms like intrusive memories, nightmares, avoidance of reminders, emotional numbness, or hyper-vigilance.
As a Mental Health Coach, I provide a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental space where individuals can begin to process their experiences, regain emotional balance, and develop coping strategies for a healthier life.
Types of Trauma
Trauma can take different forms depending on what you’ve been through:
