We provide counselling, therapy, life coaching, and psychological consultation services both online and offline. All sessions are delivered by qualified mental health professionals and are intended for personal growth, self-awareness, and well-being.

2. Payment Policy

All payments are processed securely through Razorpay. Full payment must be completed before the scheduled session.

3. Booking and Scheduling

Clients can book sessions online via our website. Once booked, confirmation details will be sent to the registered email or contact number.

4. Rescheduling and Cancellation

Sessions can be rescheduled up to 24 hours in advance by notifying us through email or WhatsApp.
Same-day cancellations or no-shows are non-refundable.

5. Refund Policy

Refunds (if applicable) are processed within 7 working days through the original mode of payment.

6. Confidentiality

All information shared during sessions is strictly confidential and protected under professional ethics, except in cases where there is a risk of harm to self or others, or as required by law.

7. Limitation of Liability

Our services are not a substitute for medical or psychiatric emergency care. In case of crisis or emergency, please contact your nearest hospital or helpline.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. The updated version will be posted on this page.
